This Privacy Policy describes how we handle information when you use Cash (“the App”), a business simulation game. By using the App, you agree to this policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.
The App is operated by Indigenous Tech (“we,” “us”). Contact details appear at the end of this policy.
Depending on how you use the App, the following may apply:
The App may display advertisements through Google Mobile Ads (AdMob). Ad formats may include rewarded ads, interstitial ads, and app open ads, depending on how the App is configured and your device.
Google and its partners may use advertising identifiers (such as the Google Advertising ID on Android, or the Identifier for Advertisers (IDFA) on Apple devices where available), along with similar technologies, to deliver, measure, and protect ads. Those activities are described in Google’s policies linked below. Ads may be personalized based on those identifiers unless you opt out in your device or account settings, or unless a non-personalized request applies.
Regional consent: Where required by law (for example in the EEA, UK, or Switzerland), personalized ads or certain uses of identifiers may require your consent before they run. In those cases, Google or the App may show a consent or privacy prompt (for example Google’s User Messaging Platform). You can change your choices later in the App or in your device settings where available.
On iOS, Apple’s App Tracking Transparency framework may apply to tracking across other companies’ apps and websites; Google’s documentation explains how AdMob interacts with those settings. On both iOS and Android, you can limit ad personalization using system settings (for example Apple’s Privacy & Security settings and Google’s Ads settings on Android).
We use the information above to:
Where required by law, we rely on: performance of a contract (providing the App), legitimate interests (security, improvement), consent (where we ask for it—for example optional marketing, certain cookies or similar technologies, or advertising consent where required), and legal obligation where applicable.
We may share information with service providers who process data on our behalf, including:
Those providers are required to use personal information only as instructed by us and as permitted by law. We do not sell your personal information for money. We do not currently integrate a separate third-party crash-reporting SDK; if we do, we will name it here.
We keep account and server-side data only as long as needed to provide the service or as required by law. Local data on your device remains until you delete the App or clear app data.
The App is not directed at children under 13 (or the minimum age in your region). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe we have, please contact us and we will delete such information.
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or export your data, or to object to certain processing. Contact us to exercise these rights. You may also lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.
If you are a resident of California or another U.S. state with a comprehensive privacy law, you may have the right to request access to or deletion of certain personal information we hold, and to opt out of certain types of processing. We do not sell your personal information for money as “sale” is commonly defined under those laws. To submit a request, email contact@indigenous-tech.com. We will verify your request as required by law.
If we or our processors operate in countries outside your own, we will take appropriate safeguards as required by applicable law.
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect data. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will post the new version here and update the “Last updated” date. Continued use of the App after changes means you accept the updated policy.
