You must be legally allowed to use the App in your region. If you create an account, you are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for activity under your account.
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial entertainment. This license does not transfer ownership of the App or its content.
Gameplay values, virtual currencies, and progression features are provided for entertainment. Except where required by law, virtual items are not redeemable, refundable, transferable, or exchangeable for real money or real-world value.

The App, including its software, design, text, graphics, logos, and game content, is owned by Indigenous Tech or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
The App is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis to the fullest extent permitted by law. We disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Indigenous Tech will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or loss of data, profits, or use, arising from or related to your use of the App.
We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms or misuse the App. You may stop using the App at any time.
These Terms are governed by applicable laws of the jurisdiction where Indigenous Tech operates, unless mandatory local law requires otherwise.
We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated version will be posted here with a revised "Last updated" date. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
